POSITION SUMMARY:As a Licensed Millwright (433A), you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. Working closely with our maintenance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues.Install new machinery and equipment according to specifications and safety standards.Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools.Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects on time and within budget.QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Millwright license (433A) issued by the Ontario College of Trades.Minimum 1 year of experience as a Millwright in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems and equipment.Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.BENEFITS:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and developmentDynamic and collaborative work environment
