Job Summary:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, guidance, or information regarding our products or services. You will handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and resolution of inquiries. Your role is pivotal in maintaining positive customer relationships and upholding the company's reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Handle a high volume of incoming calls and make outbound calls as required.
  3. Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
  4. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
  5. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  6. Identify and escalate priority issues, complaints, or feedback to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
  7. Strive to meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  8. Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
  3. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
