Service Manager – Dr HVAC

EXPECTATIONS

Experienced Service Manager already know the basics of the role. Dr HVAC expects a hands-on, work on, and continuous improvement drive from our executives.

• Reports directly to the owner to develop a strategic plan to drive revenue.
• Daily one-on-one coaching with the service team to review, refine and make them succeed. Their success is your success.
• Review of the daily service schedule to ensure execution with zero call-backs.
• Manage the relationship between cost effectiveness and profit generation while planning sales deliverables.
• Mentor and develop the service team to ensure appropriate sales and quality metrics.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred 3 to 5 years' experience in a Service Management role.
• Knowledge of the HVAC/Plumbing industry is desired but not required.
