NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Making proactive calls to establish and nurture fresh client relationships
- Assessing customers, verifying employment & credit standing
- Attentively understanding and pinpointing customer requirements, then providing personalized guidance on the optimal personal finance solution
- Collecting, organizing, and delivering all relevant customer information & documentation to our financial partners to expedite the pre-approval process
- Actively engaging with customers, prioritizing their satisfaction by cultivating solution-oriented connections
- Developing comprehensive knowledge about Spring Financial's program offerings and educating clients on the best use of such programs.
What You Should Already Have:
- Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment an asset
- Prior call center experience a plus, but not required
- Results-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
- A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience.
What We Will Give You:
- Compensation: $40,000 Salary with projected total earnings of $45,000-75,000+ annually. (This is a typical average but, we do have top performers that are making more than $80,000+ annually)
