Alopex Couriers Owner-Operator / Contractors Opportunity

Alopex Couriers is seeking dedicated Owner-Operators with clean and well-maintained delivery vans to become an integral part of our growing delivery network. What You Will Do:
· Pick-up and Delivery: You will be responsible for the pick-up and delivery of customer packages, ensuring each parcel reaches its destination safely and promptly.
· Daily Operations: Manage an average of 50- 125 stops per day, covering approximately 100-300 km, showcasing your efficiency and reliability.
· Service Standards: Uphold Alopex Couriers' high service requirements, by demonstrating your commitment to our white glove service.
· Documentation: Complete and submit all required paperwork daily, maintaining accuracy and high attention to detail.
· Customer Relations: Develop positive relationships with both our internal team and our valued customers, enhancing the Alopex brand.
· Team Management: Recruit and oversee a relief driver to ensure your operations continue smoothly during any absences.
Your Key Requirements:
· Van Ownership: Must own a clean and well-maintained van suitable for deliveries in all terrains and all-weather conditions and handle all related expenses including fuel, insurance, and maintenance. (Preferably white)
· Licensing and Certification: Maintain a valid Driver's License and clean commercial abstract, necessary liability insurance, and comply with all applicable laws and Alopex requirements. A valid Dangerous Goods Handling Certificate and WorkSafeBC registration for both Owner and Relief Driver are also required.
· Professional Standards: Keep your van in pristine condition, adhering to the highest industry standards for appearance and operation. You must present a professional and clean appearance in all dealings with our customers. A successful criminal record check is mandatory.
