Our client, a leading Manufacturing supplier in Mississauga, Ontario, is currently looking for a full-time permanent Maintenance Millwright with solid experience in manufacturing sector.

Job: Maintenance Millwright

Pay: $42 - 47+ Benefits.

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install equipment as instructed
• Maintain mechanical equipment in proper operating condition
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment failures
• Report any deficiencies to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Completed Millwright Apprenticeship
• Industrial Millwright license
• Ability to obtain structural welding certificate

Skill Requirements:

• Welding, cutting, brazing on various types of metal as assigned
• Read blue prints and layout drawings
• Machining (lathes, milling machines, grinders)
• Inspect, troubleshoot and identify problems with pumps, blowers and compressors
• Install, remove, troubleshoot and repair bucket elevator and conveyor systems
• Bearing lubrication, application, removal and installation processes
• Work from service manuals and with OEM
• Good written/oral communication skills
