We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic Operations team.
The Finance Manager manages our firm's accounting and works closely with our COO/CINO and Partners. They are responsible for the day-to-day accounting, payroll, cash management, monthly and annual financial reports, and tax filings for GGFL and related companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the firm's accounting functions, including:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll
- Capturing billed revenue from our practice management system
- Monthly financial reporting and forecasting
- Assisting in budget preparation
- Capital asset expenditures
- Preparation of year end schedules for the partnership return and corporate taxes for other companies

The ideal candidate would have:
- 5+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar program
- Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Detail oriented
- An accounting designation would be an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset
