You will

  • Support the Construction team and trade/supply partners in daily operations on site
  • Provide Administrative support to the Construction team
  • Ensure the daily duties and tasks related to jobs under construction are completed
  • Communicate with team members – be the ‘hubster' and know what's going on, where, with who, at all times
  • Oversee the completion of all job start tasks
  • Train, coach, support and provide back up of other administrative team member(s), when required
  • Record applications and receipt of Building Permits

You have

  • Proven administrative skills
  • Experience in real estate and construction development (required)
  • A BCIT ABT Diploma, or similar, and you want to grow into a Project Coordinator, and beyond
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • A great sense of humour!
  • The ability to get things done

Estimated annual salary range is $45,000 to $55,000, based on experience.
