Full Time Lease Administrator

The Lease Administrator is responsible for the administration of all leases for the company. This includes the preparation, execution, and management of lease agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate law and a proven track record of success in a leasing role.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare, execute, and manage lease agreements
  • Negotiate lease terms with tenants
  • Track lease payments and ensure that all payments are received on time
  • Resolve lease disputes
  • Maintain lease records
  • Provide leasing information to prospective tenants

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 3-10 years of experience in a leasing role
  • Strong understanding of real estate law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
