Overall KPI and Expectations

  • Transfers / Purchases orders move with expected frequency (e.g.: customer orders shipped within 24 hours).
  • High accuracy is maintained on customer orders and stock transfers.

We want to challenge the status quo and destroy classic retail. Retail can be a rewarding career and customers should feel more than “Satisfied”. We say that work should be enjoyable and help improve your life. Customers should buy things that help them enjoy their lives while having fun. We build community through our store and events that gather people who enjoy food, cooking and hand crafted tools. Most of all we like to go above and beyond.
