Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and accurately process orders and requests in a timely manner.
• Enter orders into the tracking system.
• Communicate with customers on back-order status and provide requested information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with customers on special order requests, specifically antique tires, rim needs and construction/agricultural track requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate the daily truck routes to meet our customer order demand.
• Process outgoing LTL shipments. Enter pickup requests online to respective LTL carriers.
• Advise customers of pending delivery on aged backorders to ensure customer delivery is still required.
• Communicate to Warehouse or Marketing Manager any product found to be missing customer pricing to ensure proper pricing levels are established.
• Process day end, when necessary to back fill for vacations.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean abstract
• Excellent interpersonal skills required to interact with a wide variety of individuals and personalities
• Organized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Passionate about customer service
• Mechanically inclined
• Experienced in safe operation of forklift with valid operator certificate
