Overview:We are looking for a Salesforce Release Manager to help support one of our most prestigious client organizations. You will partner with various members of IT and ensure that all functionality is delivered smoothly, on time and efficiently to the internal client organization. You will be responsible for keeping the environment healthy by running archives, back-ups and code batches working with leading-edge technology products. As a Salesforce Release Manager, one of the top priorities is to ensure a great internal experience with stakeholders and all areas of the business as the client releases a constant flow of change across the platform and infrastructure. As a result, you will collaborate with developers, BSA's, and architects daily to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed functional requirements. You will be an innovator; a change agent and someone who is always focused on driving towards continuous process improvement and SLA's. This is a long-term contract opportunity for one of our best clients.

What you will be doing:
- Follow the service release and deployment policy while accounting for any dependencies and risks along the way.
- Help flush out the evolution of release processes and support automation that optimizes efficiency and quality while meeting the demands of rapid growth and operational complexity.
- Document outstanding known errors and workarounds to ensure they are not repeated.
- Use agile methodologies to plan, coordinate and lead deployment schedules and manage all aspects of the end-to-end Salesforce releases, patches, and change requests.
- Responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of processes and procedures in support of Salesforce configuration, development and migration.
- Ensure release acceptance, including Business sign-off of UAT.
