The wage range for this role is $57,639 - $72,049 per year.

  • You have excellent communication skills in English.
  • You demonstrate keen business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • You have a background in business development, project management, and sales.
  • Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset.
  • You are a natural leader, knowing how to persuade and mobilize your team towards your vision and in the achievement of objectives.
  • You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
  • You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Schedule: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday (early mornings & late evenings on surgery days), and occasional Saturdays as needed (to support the team).
  • Required: You are comfortable traveling to the head office or other clinics for training (expenses covered by Vision Group).
