The Gateway to Your FutureThe Drop team is an integral part of the Casino environment who reports directly to the Financial Supervisor. The drop team is responsible for all the cash reconciliation money from all departments as well as the pulling of stacker boxes from all the gaming terminals. The drop team is also responsible for accurate reporting of money and TITOs to AGLC. - Count and verify opening and closing floats for all coin, currency, chips, and marketing items.
- Pull all stackers and replace boxes in machines
- Fill out all paperwork clearly and accurately.
- Fix machine errors and help to prepare the floor for the gaming day.
- Handle remittances and deposits from various sources.
- Counts cash and chips according to company policies and procedures.
- Work in a team environment to complete all tasks safely, efficiently, and accurately.
- Records transactions in Casino Management Software and verify all printed reports.
- Work with cash counting machines
- Prepare floats as needed.
- Send accurate reports to AGLC.
- Minimum of six months of cash-handling experience with balancing.
- Ability to add, multiply, and balance floats and spreadsheets.
- Deal Us In (Phase 1) certification within 30 days of start.
- The ability to obtain registration with either the AGLC (Anti-Money Laundering and Registered Gaming Worker License) prior to start date.
- The ability to pull, push, bend, crouch, lift and carry up to 35lbs.
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for long periods.
- Good manual dexterity to accurately handle cash, tickets, and chips.
- A friendly, polite, patient and courteous energy.
- The desire to train in different areas of the Slot department as needed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work on your feet and provide solutions quickly.
- Open to working flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
