As a Project Manager at ThreeKit you will own projects, from formulating a vision to planning project delivery and executing on the delivery plan approach to turn your vision into a reality. Your teams and clients will look to you as a confident leader who can communicate with transparency at all levels.

Our Project Managers are required to exercise command and control at all levels of a project. Timely implementation delivery can positively impact our customers and our customer's customers. Project Managers are looked at as leaders within our implementation teams and will often play a role in a project from pre-sales all the way through delivery and closure. We love our customers, and your leadership role will help solidify long-standing partnerships with our clients.

A typical project manager will have a hybrid team of internal, partner, and client resources to manage, oversee, staff, resource, task, and ensure their deliverables are of quality, timely, and within scope of expectations. You will understand all project requirements, deliverables, and execution plans and will lead and decide the direction of the project to achieve the chartered scope of the project.

What You'll Do

  • Create and execute project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests - including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs. Act as the primary point of contact for the client(s) throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Manage administrative portions of project delivery from inception to closure including timesheets, expenses, financials, invoicing, collection, and status.
  • Accurately forecast and control revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects.
  • Identify new project or expansion opportunities and convert them into pipeline deals, projects, and add-ons.
  • Facilitate key project meetings; speak to tactics and timing in exceptional detail
  • Partner with teams to develop key process improvements such as prioritization, monthly and quarterly read-outs, etc.
  • Define and maintain documentation of how we work and how to work with us.
  • Enable consistent and efficient rhythm of business and engagement practices, improve flows of communication from working teams up to leadership, and outward to our partners.
  • Occasional travel will be required as part of this role.

What Catches Our Eye

  • 2+ years of software implementation project management
  • Excellent content delivery and presentation skills
  • Proven record of implementation delivery and planning
  • Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in common project management software such as Asana
  • Proficiency in English

Preferred Skills:

  • Pre-sales experience
  • Knowledge of system integration
  • Basic understanding of 3D modeling
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of configuration systems
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Scrum or Agile methodology certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in French is a plus
