As Licensed Millwright, your main responsibility is to continue to improve our safety, quality and efficiency. How? By performing routine and preventative maintenance and providing effective troubleshooting.

How you'll contribute:

  • Preventative Maintenance - performing routine maintenance to all plant machinery
  • Minimize Downtime - review the operation of plant equipment and systems and solve problems in a timely manner
  • Effective Troubleshooting - troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs through a quick and effective root cause analogy

Qualifications:

  • Ability to correctly retrieve and input data in computer
  • Ability to appropriately communicate with contractors and plant employees
  • Ability to successfully troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment/machinery
  • Strong electrical & industrial knowledge
  • Ability to operate motor control systems, hydraulic systems, fire protection and mechanical bearing systems
  • Ability to comply with health and safety rules and requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
  • Ontario G Driver's License
  • Must possess 433A Millwright License issued by Provincial Government
