We are currently searching for skilled Pharmacuticle packers who are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and have a min of 1+ year of experience in the industry.
Position: On-call Pharmaceutical Packer
Location: Mississauga, ON

• On-call basis with shifts available:
• Days: 7:00 am to 3:15 pm (Monday to Friday)
• Afternoon: 3:00 pm to 11:15 pm (Monday to Friday)
• Nights: 11:00 pm to 7:15 am (Sunday to Thursday)
• Pay: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Pick and assemble pharmaceutical items according to orders or batch records
• Pack and label items in appropriate containers, ensuring security and proper identification
• Check and verify packed products and quantities, following GMP and SOPs
• Operate and maintain packaging equipment
• Create boxes and labels
• Maintain accurate records of packed items, batch numbers, and quantities
• Load and unload packed items onto/from pallets or shipping containers for distribution

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations
  Reliable transportation is a must with availability for on-call basis
