Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy is looking for a Part-Time Program Coordinator
(25-30 hours a week expected, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri working days and closed on Wednesdays)
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating programs and individual courses
- Maintain program, student and instructor schedules
- Manage marketing and communications (newsletters, print ads, social media)
- Sales and hosting program tours
- Oversee student policies
- Support smooth function of all program operations
- Manage all program related inquiries and communications
- Manage staff workloads
- Coordinate communications between staff, students and administrators
- Organize all program related events
- Manage admissions and potential students
- Organize individualized program plans
- Create and maintain program records
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- be organized
- be proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Drive (word and excel specifically)
- have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- have some sales experience
- be willing to learn
- be able to work independently
- be a team-player
