One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a Millwright in Calgary, AB for their facility.

Shift - 8 hours rotation (Day/Afternoon/Night)

Responsibilities:

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks as delegated and suggest revisions to enhance reliability.

• Inspect, test, diagnose, and repair machinery and equipment, promptly addressing urgent maintenance requirements across all company sites as necessary.

• Handle corrective maintenance tasks and resolve issues promptly.

• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts when necessary to fulfill work orders.

• Undertake mechanical assignments involving proficient skills in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and brewing equipment.

• Interpret equipment manuals and work orders, performing necessary maintenance and servicing as per requirements.

• Demonstrate the ability to deliver quality work autonomously and within a team framework.

• Appropriately prioritize assigned backlog with minimal supervision.

• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5nyears of maintenance experience.

• Experience in maintenance within food manufacturing facilities is advantageous.

• Possession of a Millwright License or Red Seal Journeyman designation is beneficial.

• Possession of a valid 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate or higher is advantageous.
