ATS Traffic Brandon is recruiting for Traffic Control People (also known as TCP's or Traffic Technicians) to join our team! Do you enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather? Are you motivated, hardworking and looking for your new opportunity? If so, consider joining ATS Traffic's On-Street Services team as a TCP!

You will be responsible for conducting traffic control around cities, construction sites and major events such as music festivals or sporting events. TCP's design safe lane closures and traffic detours with physical setup and removal of devices such as barricades, pylons, signage and digital messaging boards.

• A valid Class 5 Driver's License and a Clean 3-Year Regular Drivers Abstract is required to drive our company vehicles.
• Reliable transportation to get yourself to the office each day for your shift.
• As this is a safety-sensitive role, all candidates must undergo and pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test. Note: All safety-sensitive positions have a zero tolerance policy marijuana, medical or recreational.
• Ability to lift between 50 and 75 pounds.
• A valid MB Traffic Control Coordinator certificate, or MB Flag Person certificate is an asset, however ATS covers the cost and provides ALL training and tickets to get you started!
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All you need to bring is a pair of 6" CSA Approved Safety Boots on your first day - we will cover the rest.
