Our new client is a young team of professionals in the pro Audio Visual design and integration field. Their unique design approach to meet customers needs and budgets has the team very busy and looking to add another member to their Sales team.
We are looking for a professional, responsible team player to join the sales and design team in Abbotsford, BC.

Target markets include performing arts venues (sound, video, lighting), churches, restaurants and hospitality, corporate boardrooms and high-end residential.
Responsibilities and Duties
The position requires a driven individual who is ready to dig in and compete to win jobs. You will be primarily working out of an office in Calgary but will regularly need to attend site visits and be on the lookout for new customers and opportunities. The position is flexible, so working from home and remotely is a possibility, but regular time in the office will be required to enhance team culture and connections. Sales people will also be designers, so strong technical knowledge is required and interpersonal skills in order to be successful.
The successful candidate will be responsible for finding new business, developing relationships, determining customer needs, designing a solution, and overseeing the implementation and handover process. Sales Executives will also stay very connected to projects even after the sales portion of the project is secured as Account Managers.

Requirements
- Experience with AV systems is required (can be on the sales side, or on the install/technician/operation side)
- Sales experience an asset
- A valid driver's license and may require a driver's abstract
- iPhone or Android Smartphone
- Google Apps (Gmail, Google Calendar)
- Experience with control and DSP systems is beneficial in the design process
