Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Honest, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Team player with strong leadership and supervisory skills, to effectively work and guide staff to operate at peak efficiency and manage diverse personalities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Proven track record to drive the team to achieve sales goals.
• Experience with Zenoti Point of Sale Software Systems is a plus.
• A solid track record for employee selection, mentoring, and performance management.
• Effectively motivate staff & communicate job responsibilities, expectations, guest service standards, and company policies/guidelines.
• Maintain a positive employee relations climate, responding to employee-related
• issues promptly, fairly and consistently.
• Oversee spa standards, conduct daily walk-through and initiate maintenance/repairs as needed; enforce safety and maintenance procedures and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Inventory
• Duties include overseeing spa operations, coordinating with staff, managing the front desk, aestheticians, and therapists, and collaborating closely with the General Manager.
