- Develop and drive initiatives to increase sales within our top ownership groups specifically driving Revenue / Opportunity to reflect increased AJS & decreased cancellation
- Actively design and test solutions in tier 1 franchises with the intent of generating successful proof of concepts aligned with the Culture of Service strategic bet
- Support the implementation of robust measurement and evaluation mechanisms to assess the success and impact of partner innovation initiatives
- Identify required resources to successfully execute initiatives to achieve the overarching Bet goal(s) and lead, support, and develop these team members managing both engagement and productivity. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
- Support a close collaboration with Franchise Partners, gathering insights and feedback to ensure that innovative practices align with customer expectations and service and sales expectations.
- Partner with leaders in innovation, implementation, business units, and functional areas to expedite the benefit realization of partner-focused initiatives and supporting scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partner-focused innovative ideas.
- Document, communicate, and monitor clear OKRs associated with achieving initiative objectives. Provide data-driven insights to enhance and optimize the customer experience.
- Communicate with key stakeholders ensuring that Culture of Service plans, findings, challenges and successes are clear.
- Secure budget allocations and manage all related resources within the allocated budget and maintain budget information as per budget ways of working.
