Canada Worker Trades is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager for a client leader in the Fixtures and Millwork industry in the Vaughan area.Responsibilities:o Ability to monitor production and ensure fixtures are produced to meet customer deadlines and
standards
o Identify all items required for projects, issue purchase orders, and follow up to ensure items are
received in excellent condition and correct quantity
o Interact with the operation of the warehouse to ensure working knowledge of current inventory
o Manage project schedule to ensure project completion on a set date
o Communicate effectively with clients, engineers and sub-contractors
o Liaising with on-site personnel, customers, and trades to arrange and confirm delivery and
installations windowsQualifications:
o Strong organizational and computer skills in particular, Excel, Word, and Outlook
o Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
o Ability to communicate, oral and written, professionally and effectively
o Enjoy providing quality customer service, have a professional, cheerful and positive demeanour
o Strong interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
o Experience in the fixture industry is an asset
o Must have reliable transportation
Years of Experience: 3-5 years in Project Management is an asset.
