The Opportunity:We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to ensure the efficient operation of our office and provide support to our management and staff. Under the supervision of the Branch Manager or designated supervisor(s), you will perform various administrative tasks, requiring strong software skills, internet research abilities, and excellent communication.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer general phone inquiries and reply to information requests courteously and accurately.
  • Greet clients, suppliers, and visitors professionally.
  • Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare documents.
  • Handle office equipment issues (e.g., coffee machine, printer).
  • Manage incoming emails and forward them to the appropriate staff.
  • Purchase, receive, and store office supplies.
  • Code and file materials according to procedures.
  • Update and maintain the organization's database.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Perform month-end duties as required.
  • Handle mail and complete daily deposits.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management.
  • 2-4 years of office experience is REQUIRED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and multitask.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Compensation:Salary range: $40,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Position is 100% in-office, must have your own reliable transportation as you could be required to work out of various locations.
