Diagnose and repair problems within the prescribed flat rate allowances
Perform the necessary multipoint inspection as directed by the service advisor and management with all relevant repair and maintenance work
Question any written problem on the repair order which is not clear or requires additional information or definition
Maintain a clean work area including, bay, bench, and hoist daily
Notify administration of any unexpected delays encountered in the repair process
Maintain training staying current with all new Manufacturer offerings and with the agreed upon level to which you are being paid
Park customers vehicles in the pre-defined areas following repairs, drive them with care
Perform a minimum 1Km road test prior to repair, 3-4Km road test after repairs are complete, and record final mileage on the back of the work order along with Techs initial
Flat rate repairs according to all data and account for all overlap. Follow accessory and menu price list for specific repairs on that list.
Work in accordance with the industry flat rate procedures
Adhere to all company safety requirements

High School Diploma
Valid Driver's License
Acceptable Driver's Abstract
Journeyperson Automotive Technician or Registered Apprentice accepted in Alberta
