Join a passionate, multi-disciplinary team and an evolving company that has embarked on a journey towards asset sustainability. You will be part of a collaborative team of a dozen experienced consultants ready to take on our clients' challenges.
As a consultant, you will support clients in the implementation of best practices in asset management (IAM, ISO55001, etc.). Based on a sound analysis of their business context, you will assess and recommend relevant actions to be taken to enable our clients to better achieve their core mission through optimized asset management. You will coordinate the execution of mandates with multidisciplinary teams and participate in Norda Stelo's outreach within the emerging asset management market (offering workshops and training to clients, participating in various associations and committees, conferences and presentations, drafting articles, exhibiting at trade shows, etc.).

You will have the following responsibilities:
Guiding customers in implementing asset management within their company.
Conducting and drafting analyses of their asset management needs in relation to their business context.
Offering asset management training courses.
Consolidating and organizing relevant asset data for optimal decision-making.
Leading collaborative and coaching workshops.
Coordinating resources assigned to mandates, on time and on budget, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Participating in the drafting of service proposals.
Contributing to the development of Norda Stelo and asset management through involvement in the field (e.g.: representing the company at expert conferences).
Our must-haves
University degree in engineering and/or business administration, or a combination of relevant experience;
Five (5) years' relevant professional experience in asset management, or consulting in a related field;
Knowledge of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) framework and ISO 55000, an asset;
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English;
Ability to summarize and write;
Knowledge of specialized asset management software (such as CMMS, investment planning and decision support software, geographic information systems, GIS, etc.), an asset;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
