The Junior Billing Coordinator Intern is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the agency's client billing cycle by ensuring that billing is completed effectively, efficiently, and accurately.

What you'll be doing…

• Updating & maintaining the ERP system with revenue related data. (Data Entry)
• Managing multiple documents and ensuring data are reflected in the ERP.
• Assisting the Billing Coordinators with revenue allocation through import templates.
• Assisting the billing team on reporting.
• Supporting the billing team with less complex billing task.
  • Attaching Estimate & updating docket module with information
  • Drafting out prebill invoices
  • Preparing hard costs reports for producer review.

What you'll bring…

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Strong Attention to detail.
• Solution oriented team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle and manage duties in a fast-paced environment while producing high quality results.
• Prior internship or work experience in finance or accounting is a plus
  

Compensation: $40K-$45K
Duration of contract: ~6 months
