We are currently recruiting for a Carpenter (ticketed or non-ticketed) to work in various locations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of carpentry for new construction or renovation work in accordance with plans and specifications
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Oversee skilled labourers assigned to the project

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Commercial, residential, and industrial construction experience an asset
• Interior finishing, concrete, framing experience an asset
  
• Understanding of current industry codes/regulations
  
• Great work ethic and attitude with a willingness to help out in all areas
• A self-starter who can take on assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have or be willing to obtain the following tickets: Fall protection, WHMIS 2015, Scissor lift, and Level 1 First Aid Requirements
