Job Summary:

The Order Entry/Service Parts Clerk is responsible for providing Order Entry and Service Parts support to sales and customers. This individual requires minimal supervision, possesses strong communication, organizational, accurate data entry, and analytical skills. This position will utilize Microsoft Office, Windows, NROES, Jobscope and various other programs to complete daily tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive, interpret, and respond to sales or customers on order, and parts related inquiries.
  • Liaison between customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, shipping, and purchasing.
  • Enter customer orders that are received and ensure all orders reflect the proper facility location.
  • Verify and edit orders received for pricing and model correctness.
  • Relay pertinent order information / documentation internally and to customers.
  • Data management of service parts information / documentation.
  • Complete the submitted change notices on orders submitted by the sales team.
  • Provide back-up coverage for the Order Entry/Service Parts Coordinator as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Skills and Attributes:

  • High School Graduation Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience working in an office environment
  • Customer service experience or training
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills for accurate data entry, record maintenance, and efficient task management
  • Proficiency in utilizing computer software for daily task completion
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Working knowledge of refrigeration parts and equipment is considered an asset.

Location: 159 Roy Blvd, Brantford, ON, N3R 7K1 (On-site, 5 days a week)


Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
