Position Purpose/Summary:

Client Engagement Specialist will cultivate relationships with prospective clients to catalyze business development success. They will schedule meetings with clients to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gain a strong understanding of sales strategies, processes and how to achieve strong sales results and, in time, put these skills into practice
  • Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to potential leads, promoting our services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Document lead information accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth communication and follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure strong alignment of calls with ongoing campaigns and strategies.
  • Identify and schedule meetings and events for our sales team including logistical details
  • Engage with potential clients meetings, emails, and other communication channels to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM software and other tools to track and report on sales activities, leads, and outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
  • Ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop sales skills, achieve results and elevate to new roles within the department
  • Strong oral and written communication skills complimented by strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Proactive and customer-oriented attitude
