We are looking for a Marketing Coordintator who is highly professional and focused for theirMiltonlocation.

The Marketing Coordinator will drive the digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on social media management, digital marketing, and SharePoint administration. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. The Marketing Coordinator is committed to promoting the Group of Companies brand using various marketing strategies and is responsible for developing the associated creative materials and analyzing the efficacy of those strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TIKTOK).
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and curate content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging strategies, and SEO/SEM objectives.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Collaborate with internal teams to develop brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. Monitor brand perception and sentiment and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation and loyalty. Develop in-house reception and/or instructional videos. Develop and maintain all sales literature and other marketing information as required, including brochures and manuals. Develop internal and external promotional content and programs. Organize all aspects of marketing for trade shows (including strategy, displays, signage and any other required materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-4 years of relevant Marketing
  • Sales and E-Commerce
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, and SharePoint administration.
  • Microsoft Windows OS and PC, Android
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and the like.
  • Proficient in photography and imagery creation, video and photos, digital media formats and HTML.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles, and content management systems.
