This position requires a Class 3 license with Air Brakes.
The Driver will spend half of the time completing local routes, and half of the time completing Over the Road (OTR) routes. Expect to be away for 2 weeks every month.

As a Canadian Energy Driver, a typical week will include the following:

• Driving. You'll be responsible for regular delivery routes in an ultramodern Canadian Energy delivery truck. Class 3 license with Air Brakes required. The ideal candidate would be comfortable driving in city traffic as well as driving on the highway.
• Routes. Your regular routes will include routes in Winnipeg and the surrounding area. 2 weeks per month will be local driving routes, 2 weeks per month will be OTR routes and require overnight accommodation. Canadian Energy will cover travel and accommodation expenses during the OTR routes.
• Sales and Customer Service. You'll interact and build rapport with Canadian Energy customers during deliveries. You'll help expand Canadian Energy sales by promoting products and helping Canadian Energy customers find the product that is best for their needs.
• Shipping and Receiving. You'll confirm delivery routes and addresses. Perform checks to ensure all scheduled deliveries have been included in your current load. Maintain accurate trip logs and vehicle inspections. Load and unload trucks/trailers.
• Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm. 2 weeks per month will local driving, 2 weeks per month will be OTR driving.

Required Qualifications:

• Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brakes.
• 1-3 years professional driving experience.
• Positive attitude and customer focused mindset.
• Ability to keep accurate trip expense logs.
• Clean personal and/or commercial driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to consistently and safely lift 20kg.

Nice to Have:

• Fork Lift Certification.
• B2B sales experience.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
