Role: Site Reliability Engineer

Skills and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams to enhance application and transaction scalability using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure scalability features.
Develop application monitoring strategies using New Relic, Devo, and Azure Monitor, including creating monitors and dashboards.
Prioritize AI Operations platform enhancements and streamline CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for better deployment processes.
Employ problem-solving skills with advanced tooling for quick issue identification and root cause analysis in application performance.
Enhance data visibility for stakeholders, transforming complex data into actionable insights for partners and product owners.
Support and refine toolsets and practices, ensuring engineering squads are equipped with the latest in reliability engineering methodologies.
Advocate for reliability engineering principles, sharing best practices and insights across teams to foster a culture of high performance.
