HR Knowledge Management and Operations Excellence Advisor

Location: Remote

HR Knowledge Management and Operations Excellence Advisor is a part of the Operational Excellence team and drives HR knowledge management strategy and development, operational dashboarding, and process improvement.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate end-to-end HR knowledge article creation, review, and publishing process.
  • Support content creation in collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
  • Identify knowledge gaps and process 'hot spots' and maintain knowledge article development roadmap.
  • Develop HR Service Centre performance and operational excellence strategy and tools.
  • Define and measure HR metrics (KPIs, SLAs) and take action to improve outcomes.
  • Identify and execute on process optimization opportunities.
  • Assist in onboarding new HR team members and manage HR controls and approval processes.
  • Analyze organizational data and quality management for continuous improvement.

What you bring to the table

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operational Excellence roles
  • Strong skills in knowledge management maintenance
  • Strong understanding of data management, Workday HCM
  • Experience working with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
  • Workday and Service Now certification preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification an asset.
  • Excellent time and project management skills with proven organizational and multi-tasking proficiency and ability to manage fluctuating work volumes
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Organizational agility, with a high level of comfort working with employees at all levels
  • Significant experience building and managing strategic partnerships and alliances

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $75,454 to $84,886. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
