Some expectations with this job are:
- Scheduled shifts are Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00AM to 6:00PM, weekly.
- Customers will be welcomed with genuine enthusiasm;
- Consult with clients and advise hairstyles and hair treatments;
- Cut and style hair to clients specifications;
- Hot towel shaves with a straight razor;
- Trim and groom clients facial hair with scissors, clippers, and straight razors;
- Maintain shop sanitation and health standards;
- Promote yourself via company social media;
- Work with customers to establish their needs and make product recommendations;
- Develop knowledge of products and their uses;
- Join retail staff on sales floor when not attending to barbering duties;
- Handle transactions completely with accuracy;
- Help to nourish a welcoming and safe environment for both staff and customers.
