Are you a risk-taker who can handle the pressures of demanding lead times, deadlines, custom products and a variety of processes unique to DIRTT? DIRTT is seeking detail-oriented and timely go-getters to work in our Metal factory! The successful candidates must be able to work a 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shift rotation.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Assist CNC operators
- Support assembly line activities
- Learn and apply lean tools and methodologies
- General assistance with factory duties
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment with knowledge of manufacturing materials and tools is considered an asset
- Physical dexterity, ability to be active on the job
- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
- Must understand the importance of maintaining a safe work environment and willing to constantly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Proficient computer knowledge
- Steel-toed shoes required
- Must be able to work 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shift rotation (weekends are included)
