Kaschls Culligan Bottled Water Delivery Drivers deliver our 5 gallon and 3 gallon bottled water as well as other products such as ice, salt and coffee etc to our new and existing clients in our region.
Kaschls Culligan Delivery Drivers work as partners with our Customer Service Representative to determine the best water solutions for our customers needs and helps the CSR to schedule the customers into preplanned routes for the highest efficiency. Our Customer Service Representative and Delivery Drivers are the face of the company and must establish and maintain a professional relationship with all parties involved in day to day operations. Our Customer Service Representative is the person in charge of all water deliveries and Delivery Drivers.

The Customer Service Representative on our team meets the following qualifications:
-Ability to work with minimal supervision.
-Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs.
-Criminal record check by RCMP.
-Reading and writing text.
-Good numeracy skills.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
-Leadership, management, keeping Delivery Drivers accountable.
-Answering phones and forwarding calls as required.
-Front end sales.
-Schedule, track, and file vehicle maintenance records.
-Shipping and receiving.
-Closing driver transactions.
-Open and close the store.
-Closing out the day with cash out procedures.
-Ensure all store shelves are stocked.
-Receive POs in WT
-Samsara tracking.
-Customer service.
-Office duties.
-Maintain POs.
-Clean, maintain and collect money from coin-op
-Manage and maintain cleaning common areas (kitchen, office bathroom, store) daily ex: sweep and mop.
-Clean and maintain retail area ex: dusting at least 3 times per week
-Garbages in store and offices and office bathroom.
-Coffee order picking.
-Book and maintain routing for new customers.
-Enter packing slips.
-Answer customer emails, text and phone calls.
-Carry out customer jugs, salt and other products.
-Coordinate call in deliveries throughout the day.
-Providing customers with electronic or handwritten invoices.
-Collecting payments from customers.
-Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers.
-Maintain seasonal dcor in store.
-Entering invoices as needed.
-Assuring all deliveries have been assigned to drivers and are completed.
-Coordinate with all drivers every morning to assure everyone is aware of the plan for the day.
-Call any missed or rescheduled customers to inform them of changes of route day, delivery status etc.
-Maintaining all truck records including maintenance, driving records, IFTA reports, insurance, logbooks, inspections, and service requirements.
-Maintain truck binders.
-Maintain Watertight entries, payments, customer info, customer inquiries along with AR and AP.
-Performing all assigned duties in a safety conscious and productive manner.
-Follow Company Policies.
