About the Position:
The Product Owner will work alongside the Head of Technology, Agile Team and Business Leaders to frame business problems, analyze different alternatives and propose functional solutions. The right candidate will seek opportunities to automate and optimize processes and functionalities by defining requirements and designing process flows, creating use cases and user stories, and finally, designing business solutions as well as mock-ups before configuring or developing the final solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Working in an Agile Product team-leading meetings to elicit, identify and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders
- Mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization
- Refining requirements documentation and detailing use cases
- Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams and translate functional requirements into product solutions
- Designing and documenting solutions, functional specifications and requirements in Jira
- Supporting Product Owner(s) / the Product Manager / Business in planning new functionalities and enhancements
- Build, manage and maintain the team backlog
- Present Demos for Stakeholders
- Contributing to the overall testing and troubleshooting of new functionalities, and facilitating user acceptance testing
- Helping with user training preparation and execution when required
What You Should Already Have:
- Experience using Atlassian products; Jira & Confluence
- Knowledge of Git, Github and release management
- Experience with Agile teams and Scrum
- Passion for product and efficiency
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
Good to Have:
- Technical experience on open systems
- Experience with open systems like Linux, python, PHP, MySQL
- Experience with AWS Cloud or certified on AWS Services
