We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to join our information security and technology team. Reporting to the Head of Security, the ideal candidate will oversee the management of the information security and technology service desk, department project roadmap, contract and vendor relationships, as well as support compliance audits.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the service desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues
  • Oversee the department projects and support international expansion initiatives.
  • Manage contract and vendor relationships, conducting reviews of new software solutions for the organization
  • Support compliance audits by reporting evidence of operational compliance and security
  • Lead IT team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for professional development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative IT solutions to improve business processes and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain technology policies, procedures, and documentation to support organizational goals
  • Support and enforce security technical controls and processes

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on service desk operations, project management, vendor management, hiring and people management and compliance
    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining IT policies, service desk operations and associated procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a similar role

Base salary for this role ranges from $94,281 - $125,435 in local currency depending upon experience
