MIRATECH, a global leader in emission and silencing solutions, is currently seeking a Production Controller to support MIRATECH's Winnipeg facility. In this role, you'll manage production paperwork, coordinate material distribution, provide administrative support, assist with safety and operational goals, and support HR functions.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the creation of production paperwork and production traveler.
• Work with production to issue materials to Work in Progress jobs.
• Collaborates with sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies including scheduling, shipping documentation, tracking, customs, etc.
• Provides administrative support for the Winnipeg facility.
• Scanning and filing of completed production paperwork.
• Assists with safety and operational goals, including preparing and arranging safety meetings, scheduling testing for hearing, respirators, and first aid training.
• Perform clerical tasks as requested by the operations team.
• Provide HR support with new hire orientation, and benefits, schedule interviews as needed, and assist with employee questions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What Qualifies You:

• High school diploma
• Experience working in a production environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills.
• Experience with the use of ERP; Syspro experience desired.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail-orientated with excellent oral and written skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Safety knowledge an asset.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Salary:

$50,000 - $60,000 CAD
