Responsibilities:
- Support campaign development from start to finish.
- Monitor SEO, Search, Display, and Social ads through Google Analytics and other tools.
- Support campaign content creation (we produce all content in-house).
- Report on campaign analytics.
- Identify insights and make recommendations.
- Collaborate on creating captivating newsletter content to inform and engage our audience.
- Utilize Google Analytics to analyze and report on website traffic, performance and conversions.
- Craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience, showcasing the impact of CAREERS' initiatives.
- Provide support in organizing and executing events, ensuring smooth operations and a memorable experience for participants.
- Assist in administrative tasks to support the Marketing and Communications team's activities.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of WordPress for website content management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google ads, and social media paid advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in email marketing.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
- The ability to pull insights from raw data.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for database management.
