Responsibilities:

  • Support campaign development from start to finish.
  • Monitor SEO, Search, Display, and Social ads through Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Support campaign content creation (we produce all content in-house).
  • Report on campaign analytics.
  • Identify insights and make recommendations.
  • Collaborate on creating captivating newsletter content to inform and engage our audience.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to analyze and report on website traffic, performance and conversions.
  • Craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience, showcasing the impact of CAREERS' initiatives.
  • Provide support in organizing and executing events, ensuring smooth operations and a memorable experience for participants.
  • Assist in administrative tasks to support the Marketing and Communications team's activities.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress for website content management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google ads, and social media paid advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in email marketing.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
  • The ability to pull insights from raw data.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for database management.
