PECO Pallet, Inc. is an industry leader in providing four-way block pallet pooling services in North America. With a diverse portfolio of manufacturers and distributors, PECO currently services most US retailers, wholesalers, national clubs, and food services. The PECO business model is to issue (ship), collect, repair, and reissue pallets from a robust service network throughout North America.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  1. Assist in reviewing and updating internal and external sales materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  2. Create and optimize a SharePoint site for the Commercial Team, analyzing its current state, proposing improvements for the future, and executing necessary changes
  3. Collaborate on developing and implementing social media content to enhance brand awareness, focusing on PECO brand identity, HR initiatives, and ESG principles.
    1. Provide support for marketing and communications initiatives stemming from the DE&I Council, ensuring cohesive messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
  4. Assist in the implementation of RedLink 2.0 across various regions, including MX, Canada, and the USA.
  5. Support ongoing efforts in website redesign

DAY TO DAY:

Your internship experience will be dynamic and diverse, offering exposure to various projects across PECO. Initially, you'll immerse yourself in PECO by meeting with different teams to understand our operations comprehensively.

Your journey will commence with reviewing and refining sales materials, ensuring they are current and in line with our brand standards. As you familiarize yourself with our brand identity, you'll play a pivotal role in developing PECO's social media content calendar. Throughout this collaborative process, you'll work closely with the DE&I Council and various departments to seamlessly integrate timely diversity and inclusion messaging into our online presence.

A significant project on your agenda will be the creation of the Commercial Team's SharePoint site. This endeavor will involve evaluating its current state, proposing enhancements, and executing changes to elevate functionality and user experience, earning the gratitude of the Commercial Team.

If time permits, we'll include you in the rollout of RedLink 2.0, providing you with insight into the process of launching a digital project. Your involvement may include identifying future opportunities for RedLink's development. Lastly, you'll have the opportunity to join the pecopallet.com website redesign initiative, allowing you to gain firsthand experience in the process. Your contributions will include offering feedback, brainstorming content ideas, and actively participating in content creation and updates.

REQUIRED Education and Skills:

  • Working toward BA/BS Degree. Preferably in the Supply Chain/OPS/Data Analytics area
  • Prefer candidates who have completed at least 2 years of their studies
