IRISNDT Corp. has immediate, full-time positions available for CGSB Certified NDT Technicians within our NDT Services Department.
Job Duties:
- Conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections and examinations at facilities and field sites for a wide range of industries;
- Interpreting NDT results and providing recommendations based on findings;
- Maintaining NDT equipment and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations;
- Collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following certifications and experience:
- CGSB certification in UT, MT, and/or PT;
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Valid driver's license;
- Some travel (including overnight stays out of town) may be required.
Safety Requirements:
- Steel-toe boots are required; IRISNDT will provide additional PPE.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have access to health benefits and may be required to join a union affiliated with the QCCC. Legal entitlement to work in Canada is mandatory. All potential employees will be required to complete a pre-employment fitness examination and an alcohol and drug screening.
