What You'll Do

Develop territory and account strategies to support sales growth in Ontario

Identify and capture new business opportunities

Schedule appointments with potential customers (online collaborative and in-person meetings)

Ensure a clear understanding of each client's business model, strategy and associated needs

Examine client specifications and offer customized solutions

Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customers

About You:

You have 3-5 years of sales experience in the staffing industry

You have a solid knowledge of light industrial, temp to perm and permanent staffing

You're an extremely motivated individual who is driven by sales!
