Job Description:
We are on the lookout for an ASIC Design Engineer with not only exceptional technical skills but also a great personality and the ability to thrive within a team. This role is integral to designing and enhancing analog and mixed-signal circuits, focusing on achieving the best in power efficiency, spatial optimization, and overall performance. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Candidates with Master's or Ph.D. degrees will have an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ASIC design and development, showcasing a track record of technical excellence.
- Expertise in using Synopsys Custom Design Family tools (Virtuoso, PrimeSim, Spectre, AMS Designer) is essential.
- A solid foundation in industry-standard design practices and advanced CMOS design.
- Proficiency with SPICE simulators, Verilog-A, and programming languages such as TCL, Perl, C, Python, and MATLAB.
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Responsibilities:


- Lead the design and optimization of analog and mixed-signal circuits, ensuring they meet or exceed project goals.
- Skillfully use Synopsys Custom Design Family tools to design and verify circuits, adhering to industry best practices.
- Manage the physical layout process to minimize parasitic effects and maximize performance.
- Analyze and interpret simulation data, delivering clear and impactful presentations to team members and stakeholders.
- Act as a mentor to junior engineers, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Document all aspects of design and testing procedures meticulously.
