2 Required Technical Skill Set Function as a Subject Matter Expert in different end point security technologies

Must have knowledge about Trellix EPO solution

Should have an experience in deployment and implementation for above-mentioned technologies

2. Must have knowledge about Trellix Endpoint Security

Good-to-Have 1. Experience in dealing with customers directly and working in a global delivery model.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Real Hands-on Experience in Trellix/McAfee ePO platform administration

2 Develop, deploy, and test customer specific configurations.

3 Experience in ePO upgrade, Security products package & extension check-in in ePO

4 Recommend best practice Anti-Virus/Malware Services policies, maintenance, and optimization.

5 Configure customer specific Anti-Virus/Malware Services configurations and requirements in conjunction with customer.

6 Collaborate with Datacenter managed Services Contractor and cloud providers to provide anti-virus systems for in scope systems such as Windows, Linux, UNIX servers and NAS systems, as appropriate.

7 Manage and maintain up to date all documentation related to Anti-Virus services in the configuration management database.

8 Upon request, advise on custom signatures and policies for customer's HIDS/HIPS.
