Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's goals and values.

This pivotal role is centered around developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that align with our core business objectives while also elevating the presence of our brand within Amazon, Walmart and other supported marketplace ecosystems

This is a hands-on role that works cross-functionally to help execute on strategic direction that supports the Trellis mission and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive multi-channel marketing plans to increase brand awareness, demand generation and lead generation.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve superior results acting as the orchestrator for multiple initiatives involving the marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external contractors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a unified approach to customer service, distribution, and new product development.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Manage and oversee the company's marketing budget.
  • Analyze market behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director preferably in e-commerce and demonstrated ability working with sales and partner driven environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of modern marketing techniques and digital analytics.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Innovative thinker with a vision to promote the brand.
