Primary skills:

Mandatory experience in Canadian Banking

Mandatory Wealth Management background

Well-rounded Senior BSA , 7+ years of mandatory experience with strong leadership, worked on complex system interactions and multiple cross-functional systems

Experience in Oracle/SQL is mandatory

Lead analysis phases to identify, track, escalate and/or resolve business systems issues in an Agile environment

Act as the liaison between the technology teams and support teams for product delivery

Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation; strong stakeholder management skills

Strong process-orientation; is able to see the connections and integrations between different processes and also the bigger picture of how it all fits together

Technically savvy; able to elaborate the requirements/story points with technical team effectively and contribute in solutioning

Perform impact analysis to identify impact to existing applications/Services

Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties

Experience in Incident Management and RCA

Experience in JIRA or Confluence Tool usage

Experience using Github maintaining repos.

Understanding of SOA (service oriented architecture)

Secondary Skills:

Working with agile methodology, multidisciplinary team

Excellent leadership skills, ability to take initiative and work independently

Strong collaboration with business and operations stakeholders, plus system SMEs

Experience in Temenos product will be added advantage
