About You:
We are welcoming a multi-skilled and experienced maintenance technician to the CLV team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing day-to-day maintenance repairs, work efficiently within a team environment, and be knowledgeable in all aspects of general maintenance.
Your Responsibilities:
Repairs and Improvements
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and improvements on residential properties.
- Complete maintenance during occupancy and vacancy of residential units.
- Schedule and complete routine preventative measures to ensure units are upkept to our residential satisfaction.
- Completing approved maintenance work orders related to general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, life safety systems, and common area deficiencies.
Team Relations
- Work efficiently within a team environment, as well as independently.
- Monitor general upkeep of properties with operations team.
Health and Safety
- Identify hazards and complete corrective actions when necessary.
- Be up to date on public health and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper disposal of garbage and debris from the properties.
Emergency Response
- Be available for on-call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays to address emergencies promptly.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
Your Qualifications :
- Previous experience in general maintenance, repairs, and improvements on residential properties.
- Previous experience in installing and repairing various fixtures, such as tile, drywall, carpentry, cabinetry, trim, and basic electrical and plumbing.
- Ability to work effectively with hardware tools and power equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- A valid drivers license and vehicle.
