About You:

We are welcoming a multi-skilled and experienced maintenance technician to the CLV team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing day-to-day maintenance repairs, work efficiently within a team environment, and be knowledgeable in all aspects of general maintenance.

Your Responsibilities:

Repairs and Improvements

  • Perform general maintenance, repairs, and improvements on residential properties.
  • Complete maintenance during occupancy and vacancy of residential units.
  • Schedule and complete routine preventative measures to ensure units are upkept to our residential satisfaction.
  • Completing approved maintenance work orders related to general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, life safety systems, and common area deficiencies.

Team Relations

  • Work efficiently within a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Monitor general upkeep of properties with operations team.

Health and Safety

  • Identify hazards and complete corrective actions when necessary.
  • Be up to date on public health and safety procedures.
  • Ensure proper disposal of garbage and debris from the properties.

Emergency Response

  • Be available for on-call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays to address emergencies promptly.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and take appropriate action to resolve issues.

Your Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in general maintenance, repairs, and improvements on residential properties.
  • Previous experience in installing and repairing various fixtures, such as tile, drywall, carpentry, cabinetry, trim, and basic electrical and plumbing.
  • Ability to work effectively with hardware tools and power equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • A valid drivers license and vehicle.
